1. Quality diet: Not “Poor Quality Grocery Store” feline foods
2. Canned food vs. dry to increase water intake
3. Water Fountain: running water improves intake
4. Decreased stress: Feline Feliway Diffuser
5. Anti-anxiety medications: Amitriptyline to decrease urinary bladder pain
6. Anti-inflammatory medications: Meloxicam daily @ ½ canine dose
7. Glucosamine/ Chondroitin supplementation to aid health of bladder wall
8. Good quality litter, kept clean to avoid urinary retention
