PAYMENT POLICY

 

The veterinarians and staff of Greenock Farm Veterinary Hospital strive “to provide quality care based on intelligence in diagnosis, proficiency in surgery and compassion to all those we are privileged to care for.”   Your payment at time of service ensures that we continually provide your pet with an adequately staffed hospital, up to date diagnostic and surgical equipment, appropriate medications and supplies. 

 

Greenock Farm Veterinary Hospital offers the following forms of payment:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Debit Cards

  • Major Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card

  • Care Credit

 

MOBILE PAYMENTS are available for our large animal clientele or any in home service. Your payment can be processed on site with a major card. 

 

CARE CREDIT is a financing plan that upon approval provides the client with a monthly payment plan.  You can visit CareCredit.com to apply online or you can apply in our office with the assistance of our staff.  Usually within a few minutes you will know if you have been approved. 

 

 

 

TREATMENT PLANS - Our staff can provide you with an estimate of the cost of your pet’s treatment plan prior to administering services.

 

RETURNED CHECKS – A $40 fee will be charged to the client’s account per returned check.  Payment with cash or credit card will be required to settle the account.

 

FINANCE CHARGES will be applied to any unpaid balance after 30 days at the rate of 1.5% of the balance due or a minimum of $10.  Any outstanding balance will need to be settled prior to new services being provided.  Please speak to our office manager if you have extenuating circumstances.

 

EMERGENCY CASES– We understand that emergencies are just that.  Please speak to our office manager prior to services being provided.  

 

PET INSURANCE– For those clients who have pet insurance payment is due when services are rendered.  The insurance company pays the client directly.
